1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process and Why

Orders (game pre-order)

Name, e-mail, delivery address and order details. We process them to perform the purchase contract and to fulfil legal obligations (accounting, taxes). Card details are processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway — they never reach us.

Newsletter

Your e-mail address, based on your consent (subscribing to the newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time — via the link in every e-mail or by writing to info@asmeriel.com.

Worldforge account

Username, e-mail and the content you create in the editor. We process them to provide the service (maintaining your account, storing your creations).

Contact form

Name, e-mail and the content of your message — so that we can reply to you (legitimate interest).

Analytics

If you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics with anonymized IP addresses for anonymous traffic statistics. You can find the details in the Cookie Policy .

3. How Long We Keep the Data

• Orders and accounting records: for the period required by law (typically 10 years).
• Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).
• Worldforge account: for as long as the account exists; once it is closed, we delete the personal data without undue delay.
• Contact form messages: for no more than 2 years.

4. Who We Share the Data With

We share data only with the processors necessary to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing,
• Brevo — sending e-mails (order confirmations, newsletter),
• Google — analytics (only if you have allowed it),
• shipping companies — delivering the game (name and address, only at dispatch),
• the website hosting provider.

We never sell your data to anyone and never use it for third-party advertising.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to info@asmeriel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz ).

6. Security

We protect your data with encrypted transfer (HTTPS), access controls, and by collecting only what we genuinely need.
